Office administrator
Main Tasks of the Role:
To undertake a range of administrative duties, including but not limited to:
- Responding to customer enquiries by telephone and email.
- Processing customer orders.
- Coordinating shipping and logistics administration.
- Preparing order documentation and production worksheets.
- Assisting with accounts administration.
- Supporting marketing activities, including website updates and social media content.
- Maintaining and cleansing customer and product data.
- Maintaining accurate records using internal systems.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and couriers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Providing administrative support to the wider business as required.
Previous Experience Required:
- Previous experience in an office administration or administrative support role.
- Essential you have good working knowledge of Microsoft windows.
- Essential you have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and administration systems.
- Experience using ERP, CRM or order management systems (preferred).
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines.
- Good communication skills with customers.
- Experience of social media or marketing administration would be advantageous.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work as part of a team.
Hours & package - flexible

Full time option
- 35 hours per week - flexible
- Typically Monday – Thursday 0900-1700 ½ hour lunch, Friday 0900-1300, flexible
- Statutory holiday, sick pay, pension contribution
- £25,000 salary
- Working from office in Wallisdown (bus stop outside) -
Part time option
- 26 hours per week - flexible
- Typically Monday – Thursday 0900-1500 ½ hour lunch, Friday 0800-1200, flexible
- Statutory holiday, sick pay, pension contribution
- £18,928 salary (£14 per hour equivalent)
- Working from office in Wallisdown (bus stop outside)
