• Save time  and money – quick job for crew with no chain preparation required, easy fitting no fuss, no mess, no re-marking. Boats are reporting cutting chain marking times down by up to 90%. Get the crew on to the next job quickly!

  • Less hassle - there's not chain preparation needed and the markers can be fitted on deck without any mess. So even if you're not able to haul out all the chain, the markers can be fitted whilst on the water from the deck.

  • Less pollution -  We estimate 24,000 litres of paint is used each year to paint superyacht chain, which all ends up in the sea. Our system reduces pollution in the sea as they won't flake off like paint, break off like cable ties.

The picture left is where the yacht had the chain painted and the paint has worn off after a few months. The markers are highly visible both day and night, due to the solas tape, and lasts much longer than the paint does.

  • Chain markers - Available in 7 colours (see below), our new stud link markers are bright, visible and durable. The solas reflective tape means at night time the location of the markers can easily be spotted with a head torch.

  • Guide plate - is custom made to your requirements to suit the colour scheme you're using. Available as A5 or A6 size, backing colour can be black, white or silver. They can be secured on deck as the colours are manufactured into the plate for durability.

  • Top level service and support - I'm Quinton, the MD and founder of Anchoright. You'll be dealing direct with me throughout the process of having your set made and discussing any feedback requirements. Contact me using the below form if you've any questions.

Colour sequences

We can manufacture markers in the below colours and will make the set to suit whatever colour sequence you currently use. Alternatively we have put some suggestions below depending on the length of chain you have.

Whatever sequence you use we do recommend you put a set of warning markers (Orange - white alternated) a short distance from the anchor as a starting point.
