UK

VAT - All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT and this is charged at the point of order as per the norm. Should you require a commercial VAT invoice you will need to contact us to provide your VAT number after your order have been paid.

Shipping - Shipping costs are added in at cart once the shipping address has been entered. All items are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 at the current rate, orders over £70 Free shipping.

EU & IRE

Taxes and duty - For orders under 150EUR all prices displayed are inclusive of taxes and this is charged at the point of order. We will declare and  pay taxes through the EU IOSS. Our IOSS number is IM3720016951.

For orders over 150EUR there may be duties and taxes due at the country of delivery, depending upon local laws. You may be required to pay duties and administrative fees to have the consignment delivered.

Shipping - Shipping costs are added in at cart once the shipping address has been entered. All standard items are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked at the current rate. Custom made items for chains of 13mm upwards may be shipped using Fedex.

SPAIN

Shipping Spain - Please note that for deliveries to Spain your customs are lethargic at best so parcels will take longer to arrive. Shipping is charged at £20 as 50% of our orders are arbitrarily held or returned by customs and we will attempt to deliver them a second time.  

If your item arrived on the first attempt 50% of the shipping cost will be refunded.

US

Taxes and duties - We will collect the US Tariff here and pay it on your behalf.

Customs - Due to the scrapping of the deminimis threshold by the current administration all consignments going into the US from anywhere in the world have to be processed by customs...your poor customs simply cannot cope with the volume, hence there are often delays. Unfortunately we cannot do anything to speed the passage through customs up. We have emailed the administration and offered bribes but have not had any response.
